We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
3.3 Team Accounts
If you create a team or organization account, you are responsible for all users you invite and their compliance with these Terms.
Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service require payment of fees.

Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms under certain conditions.
7.1 Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
7.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law.
7.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may export your data for 30 days following termination.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENOVA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
8.1 Limitation Cap
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8.2 Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Senova LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Service.
9.1 Scope
This includes claims arising from your violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or your content uploaded to the Service.
9.2 Defense
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense of any claim for which you are required to indemnify us.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
10.1 Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
10.2 Arbitration
For disputes under $10,000, you agree to binding arbitration. Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time.
11.1 Notice
Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before taking effect.
11.2 Acceptance
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
