Three Pillars of Identity Resolution

Most identification tools rely on a single matching method. When that method fails, you get nothing. Senova resolves identity through three independent systems — each one built to work where the others can't.

Pillar One

Continuous Verification

The industry's dirty secret: many consumer databases refresh only every few months. By then, records are already drifting.

12% of Americans move annually — tens of millions of broken identity records every year.

Senova verifies its entire 308M consumer record base against USPS National Change of Address data every 30 days.

When someone moves, their digital identity spine (email, IP, device) breaks. Monthly verification catches these breaks before they corrupt your data.

Monthly NCOA verification combats the 12–15% annual data decay that affects unmaintained datasets.

Pillar Two

Geo-Framed Proximity Resolution

The "Starbucks Problem": Legacy providers use IP-to-email matching. When a visitor browses from public WiFi, a VPN, or a corporate hub, one IP address might map to 50+ people. Legacy systems either guess wrong or charge you for all 50.

Senova captures device-level latitude/longitude coordinates, places a dynamic geo-frame around the device location, and cross-references against verified household addresses in the identity spine. The geo-frame radius is typically 1–5 miles in suburban areas, shrinks in dense housing (apartments, campuses) to isolate the correct household, and can expand to 20–25 miles in rural areas.

Device IDs are correlated to the household IP and geo-frame, improving match accuracy by roughly 40%. Once a device is recognized, it remains identifiable even when the user browses away from home — from a coffee shop, an office, or while traveling.

From 50 guesses to 1 verified match.

Up to 60% resolution rate. Roughly 40% accuracy boost from device-ID correlation.

Pillar Three

Persistent Identity

Third-party cookies are dying. Cookie-based match rates keep shrinking as browsers phase cookies out.

Senova maps identity to persistent, non-expiring identifiers (UID2) that survive cookie clearing and device switching.

8 billion hashed email and mobile mappings already onboarded.

We're honest about the cookie layer: this is not marketed as a fully cookieless system. A 900-million-record cookie-to-email table serves as a supplemental match layer while geo-framing does the foundational work. Where cookies still exist, they add matches — they're just never the thing your accuracy depends on.

Your historical visitor data is pre-mapped to the post-cookie world

When cookies fully deprecate, your resolution doesn't skip a beat.

Automated enrichment on every record

Every resolved record is automatically skip-traced — surfacing up to three mobile numbers per person — and every email passes through continuous automated validation (about 10 million emails processed daily). It's the same hygiene engine behind our List Clean-Up product.
